At Ethical Bling, we stand behind the high quality and expert craftsmanship of our jewelry. Ethical Bling offers a free lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects on all of our fine jewelry. If you experience a defect with your purchase due to manufacturing feel free to contact us and we can discuss the matter further. If your jewellery is damaged due to a manufacturer defect, Ethical Bling will replace the item without charge.This warranty excludes coverage for normal wear and tear, loss of precious gems, theft or loss. Repair or changes made by someone else other than Ethical Bling will void this warranty. Our Return Policy

Return policy is for 30 days.

Once we receive your returned jewellery and it is accepted for return, your  new item will be processed within a few business days. Upon receiving your return, the jewellery will be inspected by our master goldsmiths. Any jewellery showing signs of  been altered, or damaged in any way will not be accepted for return.

Package Your Return

The merchandise returned must be received in saleable condition together with the Return Authorization Form, copies of any email instructions received from Customer Support, appropriate sales invoice and all original packaging and enclosures.

Shipping Your Package

We recommend shipping merchandise for return via Federal Express for tracking purposes. We also recommend that you request adequate insurance to cover the purchase price of the shipment. We will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation if a package is lost, stolen, or mishandled.

These instructions must be followed exactly; failure to do so will prevent the processing of your return.
